To register with NORTH COAST CASTING, please submit the following:

• YOUR COMPLETED REGISTRATION FORM
  Print out our Printable Registration Form here. You can choose to download a pdf file that you can read and print out using Adobe Acrobat Reader (if you don't have Acrobat Reader, visit www.adobe.com and download it. It's free!), or go to our html based registration form page , which you can also print out (a good option if the pdf file is taking too long!).

• CURRENT COLOR HEAD SHOT AND FULL HEAD-TO-TOE BODY SHOT OR RECENT PHOTO (Minumum of 3 copies of each)
  If you do not have a photo, we can take one for you; or we can recommend a local professional photographer .
If you have a digital photo, you may e-mail it (in JPEG format) to jane@northcoastcasting.com.
If you have a resume, please staple it to the back of each photo.

• REGISTRATION FEE OF $25.00
  There is an initial one time processing, filing, and web page fee. This fee includes your own web page with your resume information and photos. This fee is non-refundable and does not guarantee work; it is a processing, filing, and web maintenance fee only.

• ENTERTAINMENT WORK PERMIT (MINORS ONLY)
  Minors need to obtain an entertainment work permit for Labor Standard enforcement.

• UPDATES
  We go directly to our in-house files when we are casting. Please keep us updated with any changes of address, phone number, or physical appearance. There is no fee to update your file and keep it current.
